The Perfect Weight America Challenge

The years have not been kind to New Man editor Drew Dyck. In five years of marriage he has ballooned from 190 to 236 pounds. He says it's his wife's good cooking—of course his love of fast food and his hatred of treadmills probably don't help either. Whatever the cause, today the former college athlete is a pudgy, unhealthy couch potato. But he's sick of being out of shape, so he's taking action!

On November 26 Drew started a regimen called Perfect Weight America written by Jordan Rubin, author of The Maker's Diet. During the course of the four-month program, Drew will be blogging about his experience. Please check out his progress by clicking on the link below. Leave comments to encourage him and give him your insights. Or, if you need to shed a few pounds too, join him by getting on board and doing the program yourself.
